Daniel became a physiotherapist as it was the perfect way for him to share his love of healthy living with others.
He graduated from the Master of Physical Therapy program at Western University in 2016 and has since pursued continued education in Soft Tissue Release, Manual Therapy, and Functional Dry Needling. Previously, he studied Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University, and developed experience as a personal trainer.
His philosophy is to get his patients moving optimally so they can reach their potential and enjoy life to the
fullest. He strives to help to his patients understand their body and the science of pain, while giving them the tools to manage their injuries. To ensure long lasting results, he is passionate about creating personalized exercise programs, and developing positive health habits. He also likes to incorporate mindfulness into his sessions, and facilitating conversations about intention and gratitude.
Daniel has an extensive athletic history including basketball, football, track and field, snowboarding, skateboarding, surfing, triathlon, and weightlifting. Outside of his active lifestyle, Daniel moonlights as a musician, and songwriter.
