Amy is a dedicated RMT specializing in relaxation massage. With a passion for holistic wellness, and over seven years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Amy understands how important and necessary it is to rest and decompress.
Amy’s approach combines a variety of techniques to create a customized experience tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re looking to recharge your energy, ease tension, or simply take a moment for yourself, Amy’s calming presence and expert skills ensure a restorative journey.
Amy recently graduated from the 20-month program at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT).
Amy is also a Kinesiologist (BCAK), Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CSEP-CEP), CSEP Pre and Postnatal Exercise Specialist, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS), and Certified Pilates Instructor. Since graduating with an Honours Bachelors of Science in Human Kinetics in 2017, Amy has been working as a kinesiologist and strength trainer. She’s experienced in working with a range of clients who are new to exercise to those with a lifetime of experience, and from those rehabilitating from injury to those training for performance.
Amy is passionate about helping her clients discover their inner strength. No matter where you’re at along your health or fitness journey, Amy loves working with individuals who are eager to learn and who are willing to grow. Amy believes that a daily movement practice is an integral part of our overall well- being. Her own movement practice helps her to stay present, grounded, and connected with self. Amy’s keen sense for adventure keeps her focused on building strength in the gym, on her mat, or on the reformer so that she’s able to explore her surroundings uninhibited by injury or physical fitness, and move through life with ease.
