Fees

At Sitka, all of our physiotherapists provide One on One care, with 60 minutes direct care for New Assessments, and 30 or 45 minutes direct care for Follow up Treatments. Our fees are less than the fee guidelines of the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia.

Some of our physiotherapists prefer to perform 30 Minute assessments.

We strive to provide accessible treatment and services for all our Core Health Services. Please ask about how you can claim your sessions under Physiotherapy Extended Health Plans. We offer private sessions for all our Core Health Services including: Registered Massage Therapy, Kinesiology, Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Kinesis Myofascial Integration.

If referred by a physiotherapist prior to the initial session.

Our studio offers a warm, bright space to connect with others who have similar goals. Classes are small, so our experienced teachers can offer more personalized instruction. Our classes are offered as six week long pre-registered sessions. We do not allow drop-ins in these sessions, however can accommodate private or semi-private classes that will help to prepare you for the next pre-registered session. We are more than happy to come in and offer Ergonomic solutions and other corporate services (such as Lunch & Learn's and webinars) for everyone on your team.

We aim to educate, adjust work environments and help improve ergonomics, in order to reduce injury risk and improve employee comfort.
