I enjoy anything that moves me…yoga, Pilates, martial arts, hiking, aerial silks you name it. A debilitating car crash that left me with chronic pain forced me to deepen my studies of movement. With a constant quest for better quality of life and a dedication to the importance of alignment, core and breath, I am now pain free and stronger than ever. My background is Sivananda yoga originally (where I was born and raised) morphing into, Pilates, Feldenkrais, Iyengar, Astanga, Vinyasa, capoiera and Gracie Jiu jitsu.
